About Buddy's

Buddy’s has been keeping Baltimore-area families “in the swim” for more than 30 years. We understand the importance of family fun and recreation because we’re a family-owned business.

Buddy’s Pool Service, Inc. was started in 1979 by Buddy Poe, who had over 18 years of experience in the swimming pool industry as a service manager for Ira C. Rigger Construction. Today, Buddy’s provides a full range of pool and spa products and services – making owning a pool and spa a true pleasure. We now offer fireplaces, wood stoves and pellet stoves to keep you and your family warm through the chilly winter weather months.

Buddy’s has everything you need to keep your pool ready for months of summer fun. With our complete line of chemicals, equipment and accessories, we’ll help you choose everything you need to maintain and enjoy your pool or spa. We offer on-site repairs, troubleshooting and in-store water quality testing.

Buddy’s is an authorized warranty service center for Caldera Spas, Pentair Pool Products, Polaris Pool Systems, Jandy Products, as well as being an authorized BioGuard® Pool and Spa Care Center. Buddy’s has recently added Regency Fireplace Products to its line of high quality relaxation products.
